```html As an Engineering Tech Lead , you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining Cin7 Products and their supporting applications & services, covering back-end services to client-side components. Your primary focus will be to guide and support the team in defining and executing product and technology roadmaps. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring continuous improvement in delivery practices, fostering innovation, and maintaining a high standard of software delivery to meet customer needs. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and resolve problems, escalating issues appropriately. Evaluate, develop, and ensure the success of team members. Communicate regularly with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide updates on team performance and project status. Setting and monitoring targets and personal development goals for team members. Execute a full software development lifecycle. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code. Write well-designed and testable code meeting defined requirements. Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional engineering team in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, understanding business requirements and their context, and making informed technical decisions and trade-offs. Ensure an ever-increasing level of technical skill and understanding in the team through constructive feedback and coaching (for example, the overview of pull requests). Lead proof of concept efforts targeted within the team and proactively address technical uncertainty. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of development and integrations created. Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems. Create software documentation and update existing documentation. Assist in implementing best practices, standards, and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies. Provide impact analysis on proposed upgrades and enhancements. Assist system and testers in troubleshooting anomalies, understanding impacts, and identifying solutions to bugs or gaps in functionality. Competencies & Role/Education Requirements: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework and C#. Deep understanding of OOP and SOLID. Experience in cloud web development, particularly on Azure (optional). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, e.g., SCRUM. Proficient with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with concurrent development source control (Git). Knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL on an advanced level.
