Your responsibility is to maximize the value of customer and business applications throughout their lifecycle through leading a team of software engineers. This includes overseeing their development and maintenance across strategic planning, architecture, selection, deployment, operation, evolution, and retirement phases. Your role specifically involves leading complex technical solutions, as well as guiding teams in building, developing, maintaining, enhancing, and eventually decommissioning custom built applications. You will manage and mentor the software engineering team by providing leadership in technical decisions, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
