We redefine the customer experience and drive results through personalized mobile marketing and next-generation loyalty programs for household names such as McDonald's.Your role: provide both technical guidance and people leadership to an engineering team in this newly created role within our Consumer Domain.Our tech stack: C#, .NET, AWS and Azure.Harness your technical expertise tosupport your team inbuilding new features and enhancements for Plexure's cloud platform which has over 300 million users in 66 markets globally! Influence the growth of our Engineer's: identify opportunities for them to learn, conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, supportive and collaborative environment to help them succeed. Make your mark on large scale, back-end projects that allow big brands to deliver customized offers and product recommendations for their customers. What are we looking for? Back-end development experience with C#, .NET.A passion for helping people succeed! You'll bring experience leading engineering teams and supporting their growth.The ability to advise on engineering practices and identify ways we can improve. Knowledge of identity solutions such as IdP's or protocols including Auth0 and OpenID would be a big plus! Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and a desire to work with the latest technologies on large scale, global projects.What is in it for you?
