We support both external customer experiences (login and multi-factor authentication pages) and internal engineering customers (authentication and authorisation platforms).We are looking for a Team Lead - Engineering to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will lead two pods of talented developers. Working together with the Product Manager and Lead Engineers, you will set the direction of the pods, forming and executing on a delivery plan. You will promote successful outcomes for the pods by supporting your direct reports in becoming awesome Xeros, fostering a culture of teamwork, as well as promoting excellent engineering and delivery practices.This is a role with a high potential for impact, working on a platform of large scale and throughput that our millions of customers use every day.
