Engineering Manager (SaaS) Hamilton Central, Waikato - Full time We are looking for a superstar Engineering Manager to lead and grow the Infusion product development teams for our SaaS ERP system and partner B2B/B2C integrations.
The role reports to the GM SaaS Product Engineering and focuses on all product development deliverables.
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead Agile software development and quality assurance teams through their respective team leads, as well as a solutions architect and technical writer.
You will collaborate with product owners, a UI/UX designer, and site reliability engineer, to define and establish product deliverables and CI/CD pipelines.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching your engineers, fostering their growth and helping them realize their full potential.

About You An energetic and passionate leader with a collaborative and engaging approach Degree in computer science or software development, or equivalent work experience 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in the SaaS space 5+ years of experience as a technical manager using Agile methodologies 3+ years of line management responsibility for a team of 15-20 people Proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality software on time in a product environment Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and areas of specialty within the organization Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing technical individuals Extensive experience with Agile engineering practices, DevOps and Continuous Delivery processes Some experience in our tech stack: REST via Spring Boot (Java), Postgres via JPA/Hibernate, Elasticsearch, Angular As a bonus, you have subject matter experience with financial or accounting products This role requires weekly attendance at our Hamilton office in accordance with our current hybrid model, being a minimum of 4 days in the office for a management role.
