Working within the Data & Science team, you will join a diverse, globally distributed team of scientists, engineers, product managers, and analysts who help Xero use data to create beautiful, impactful products.ML Engineering Managers guide the teams that build the services behind our AI products that serve millions of customers. They are responsible for setting the culture within teams, and developing the ways of working that enable Xero to deliver scalable, reliable, and extensible applications sustainably. You will also work closely with leaders in Applied Science to understand and plan for the implications of research developments on the product delivery roadmaps.
