As an agri-tech saas scale-up born out of Canterbury, New Zealand.
The ideal candidate have ability too develop and maintain robust, scalable and effective software applications to adhering to best practices and coding standards.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $130,000 per year and the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a hybrid workplace environment.
Qualifications for Engineering Manager: Candidate must have bachelor's degree in computer science and software engineering.
It must have senior level coding expertise with Core and Net framework.
Experience in agile methodologies and Kanban.
Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous deployment technologies, including Git and Azure DevOps..
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities for Engineering Manager: Candidate have ability to develop and maintain robust, scalable and efficient software applications using core and net frameworks.
Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to junior members, fostering best practices in software development, coding techniques and design patterns.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions and technical workshops to ensure code quality and scalability of software solutions.
