Management (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeAt TSB, you'll be part of a profit for purpose organisation, that empowers and enables you to be your best and make a positive difference for the people you work with, and the communities you are part of.About the roleYou will be part of a dynamic and collaborative Technology team that strives to add value to our business through technology and data.This role is responsible for leading and growing the Quality Assurance & Testing capability and capacity with ownership of TSB's internal and external platforms and services, ensuring they are operational 24x7.Who are you?You will demonstrate strong and proven people leadership, displaying a passion to build high performing teams through coaching and mentoring.You will be a pro-active leader to develop self and others, seeking opportunities for continuous professional development.Experience establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships is important both internal and external, such as other technology teams, vendors and contractors.In this role, you can expect to:Contribute to the development of long-term technology strategies.Manage overall capability and capacity to ensure the ongoing availability of services.Lead and direct the standards and practices of allocated engineering disciplines across platforms.We are looking for candidates who have:10+ years in managing IT teams, preferably in a 24x7 real-time environmentExperience in adaptive/Agile IT environments.Prior experience in IT budget development and management.What's in it for me?At TSB, we're small enough to really care about our customers but big enough to have great rates, innovative products, and digital solutions.
