What you'll do: As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client's engineering practice. Provide leadership and people management to Engineers, promoting excellence in engineering practices using industry best-practices.Drive improvements to our Engineering practice which ensure we continue to deliver measurable impact as we grow.Create an environment where engineers can deliver consistent, high-quality products.Coach and mentor the team, creating personal and professional development plans to attract and engage top talent.Grow the engineering team by recruiting new engineers who align with the company's strong culture and values.Build strong relationships with all members of the business to actively identify problems and propose solutions based on customer insights and data.
