We focus on helping these organisations to collaborate through networks such as the well-established HealthPathways Community.Streamliners wishes to continue growing its membership base so that more people around the world can benefit from our services and we can, in turn, invest in scaling and developing our offering to optimise the value of our services to members.To achieve this vision, we're seeking a technically skilled and inspiring leader to guide our team of software developers.In this role you'll:Lead a team of skilled software developers and provide direction and coaching to foster a high-performing culture.Drive the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions to meet the growing needs of our global membership base.Uphold and further develop the Streamliners software engineering practices, including testing and automation and continuous integration/deployment.Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to align on priorities and translate into development plans.Occasionally roll up your sleeves and jump in – typically picking up tasks off the critical path and improving things you identified and deem important.Our stack includes .net/Typescript/Next.js/React and containerised environments managed via CDK.Who are you?The ideal candidate has exposure to the following:Proven experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role.Familiarity with modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.Ability to balance competing priorities and manage trade-offs effectively.Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring engineering teams, with a focus on career growth and professional development.Experience with hiring, onboarding, and building high-performing teams.Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.Proven ability to deliver key technology workstreams across software development, data, and infrastructure.Knowledge of the healthcare sector would be an advantage.What's in it for you?We offer a central city location, flexible working conditions, learning and development opportunities, and a progressive and supportive work culture.
