Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionMonitors and ensures all equipment is in good running condition and reports status if found defective, recommending necessary solutions for the problem.Implements the preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery including the auxiliaries according to the hotel standards and the manufacturer's recommendation.Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient engineering service while implementing standard procedures for guests.QualificationsGraduate of a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; duly licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission is an advantage.Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.Strong leadership skills and technical strategies in engineering, hotel equipment, and MEPFS.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering-related software.
