With significant investment already made in the site and a supportive General Manager keen for change, you will play a key role in transforming the engineering function to best-in-class standards. This isn't a business where decision-making sits in Australia; you will report directly to the General Manager who is on site and moves at pace to review and approve capital to enable your engineering improvement ideas.
