You'll join us as a People Leader. This full time permanent role is benchmarked as Level 4 in our internal framework, which translates to a compensation figure of $180,000 plus generous ESOP and a full suite of benefits.As our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:Providing guidance and support to the teams, establish professional development plans, grow leaders from within.
