Job Description Leadership and Management : Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain quality assurance processes. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Address any quality issues promptly and effectively. Client and Stakeholder Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements effectively. Health and Safety : Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the team. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments regularly. Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). A Master's degree or MBA can be advantageous. Experience : Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a management role. Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects. Licenses/Certifications : Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status is preferred. Health and Safety : Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
