About the Role As an Engineering Technician, you will play an integral part in delivering pre-planned and reactive maintenance within our state-of-the-art automated CFC in Erith.
Working at height and using a variety of access equipment, you will diagnose equipment breakdowns and resolve issues in a timely manner, completing repairs where possible.
You will handle the Computerised Maintenance Management System, maintaining accurate data records to meet Engineering KPIs.
Additionally, you will support the Engineering team in analysing engineering failures and finding solutions to improve Mechanical Handling Equipment performance.
This position involves working on a day shift pattern, from Monday to Friday.

It would be advantageous if you have an Engineering qualification, along with hands-on experience.
Ideally, you should have a good technical understanding of automation hardware and software, along with a solid working knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and conveyor systems.
Organised and meticulous, you are a natural problem solver with great analytical skills.
You can communicate effectively and share knowledge and best practices with your peers.
You should also be comfortable working safely at height and be happy to work on a day shift pattern.
