Nga pukenga me nga wheako - Skills/Experience Experience and knowledge in Civil, Mechanical, and Electronic Engineering education. A relevant qualification (degree or tertiary level, preferably postgraduate). Applicants with equivalent industry experience who have operated in engineering roles for several years will be considered and, if successful, supported to complete academic qualifications. A commitment to facilitating learning for oneself and others. The ability to develop and implement flexible teaching and learning methods that support students in achieving learning outcomes. Strong time management skills, including the ability to effectively administer, organize, and coordinate tasks. Experience with assessment and feedback processes. Effective communication skills, engaging with a diverse range of individuals both within and outside the organization. Proficiency in using a range of teaching and learning technologies.
