About the Role | Mo te Turanga As a Chapter Lead - Engineering at Woolworths, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of engineers and QA professionals. You will be a driving force behind technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a chapter of engineers and QA specialists, nurturing their talent and empowering them to deliver their best work.Drive technical delivery and quality within your domain, ensuring high standards and adherence to best practices and operational excellence.Collaborate with Product and Design Chapter Leads to create a cohesive and high-performing team.Partner with Business and Technology Leads on strategic planning and execution.Actively contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging learning and knowledge sharing within your chapter.Build and maintain strong relationships with squad members, stakeholders, and external partners, providing support and guidance on daily delivery challenges.To succeed in this role you will bring in these key skills and experience:
