My client is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Workshop Leading Hand to join their team in Auckland!About the Role:As a Workshop Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their workshop. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll serve as the vital link between the sales and management team and the workshop, ensuring the manufacture, servicing, and timely delivery of pump sets to their valued customers.Your primary focus will be to oversee the production of high-quality pumps, manage a small team, and ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
