Job Description Thisis a fantastic opportunity to join our team based in Rotorua andprovide high quality and timely inspection and certification services to our customers in the Upper North Island region.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection of boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
Inspection of Cranes in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
Welding inspection in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
This will involve inspection at client sites across Tauranga and surrounding regions.
Identify and assist in developing and securing both new business and new business opportunities.
Provide training and mentoring to trainees when qualified to do so.
40 hours a week with overtime opportunities
Qualifications Experience in surveying or inspection of boilers, pressure vessels.
Experience in surveying or inspection of cranes preferred but not essential.
Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering/relevant Technology or Sciencepreferred but not essential.
Certification Board for Inspection Personnel (CBIP) Qualifications in a relevant discipline would be ideal.
Additional Information Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
Works independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication setting and can get messages across that have the desired effect.
A full and current New Zealand driver license.
