This is an exciting time to be part of our journey and in return for your extraordinary talent, we'll provide a high performing values-based team environment where people are at our heart.About the roleAs an Engineer – Delivery Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical landscape and capabilities of the platform team and wider organisation.You will design, build, and maintain the underlying software and application components that enable the digital products to operate reliably and securely to sustain business operations and growth.About you:Proven expertise in change and release management, with a strong emphasis on automation and self-service solutions.Experienced in implementing change enablement processes.Skilled in managing complex non-production environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.Technical experience working with modern software systems, such as agile, devops, distributed architectures, Azure, and IaC.Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ADO, GitLab, and CircleCI.Extensive experience with testing frameworks and SDLC, including functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing using automation.Demonstrated ability to improve reliability, security, compliance, risk management, and user experience in digital products.Join a proud diverse team that's always there, always real, always true.
