We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Engineer - Civil & Structural, to be involved in an industry-leading, cutting-edge design project for a new type of power station.
Reporting to a Lead Engineer – Civil & Structural, the Engineer will be responsible for contributing to civil and structural analysis and design work.
This includes developing technical solutions under direction and supervision including calculations, analysis models, drawings, and specifications.
Supporting completion of appropriate governance and quality assurance and general tasks as directed by their line manager.
The candidate will also assist with the integration of the civil/structural design solution with interfacing structures, systems, and components designed by other teams.
Candidates should ideally be working towards Chartered status.
This role offers the candidate the first opportunity for decades to work on the design development and Generic Design Assessment of a new nuclear plant design.
