As a new organisation, we are driven by bold ideas, a clear mission, and the opportunity to create real change from day one.About the RoleThe Engagement & Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate sponsors, individual donors, and community partners. You will create and present customised sponsorship packages, drive fundraising campaigns, and lead networking efforts to grow awareness and support for our mission. Additionally, you will oversee health and safety management at public events, ensuring a safe, positive experience for all involved.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a corporate engagement strategy to secure sponsorships and funding for the NZ Air Ambulance Trust initiatives.Cultivate new corporate and community partnerships while nurturing existing relationships to ensure sustained support.Create compelling sponsorship packs and proposals tailored to potential partners and aligned with the charity's mission.Lead and coordinate fundraising campaigns, including corporate giving and special events, ensuring financial targets are met.Oversee health and safety management at public events, working with venues and suppliers to ensure adherence to regulations and a safe experience for all attendees.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop aligned campaign messaging and materials that increase visibility and engagement.About YouWe are looking for someone who has:Experience: 3+ years in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or development, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector.People Skills: A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable engaging with corporate partners, community leaders, and donors.Strategic Focus: Strong planning abilities, with experience developing campaigns and initiatives that deliver measurable results.Creativity: Able to craft compelling sponsorship materials and proposals that connect with potential partners.Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and relationships effectively.Safety-Conscious: Knowledge of health and safety management for events or willingness to learn and uphold these standards.What We OfferA rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference.Competitive salary and benefits.Professional development and networking opportunities.A collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven team environment.How to ApplyIf you're excited by the prospect of building partnerships that drive meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you!
