Take your natural people skills & experience working for NFP sector to improve & implement relationships.Your new companyOur client is a well-respected membership association for those within the commercial construction industry. With three levels to their membership, there is something for everyone from trainees & recent graduates through to retired professionals wishing to stay connected within the sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is in place to provide engagement services to the database including past, present and potential new members, as well as gaining new sponsorship opportunities. This role will therefore suit someone who understands membership-based & NFP organisations and thrives on developing & implementing client engagement strategies.Your new roleIdentify, develop and implement proactive engagement strategies to increase membership recruitment & retention.Enhance and develop new relationships to increase sponsorship.Improve and enhance engagement with key stakeholder groups.Identify and assist in the development of new educational and event-based services.Assist delivery on partnership and sponsorship relationships.Stay abreast with current best practice in the professional membership sector.Engage with Institute event attendees to encourage them to join the membership.Identify, design and deliver new professional development and educational offerings.Work in conjunction with marketing, events, finance & operations leads.What you'll need to succeedProven experience within sales, marketing or engagement roles.Experience within membership and NFP will work to your advantage.Proven conversion within sales environments.A proven track record of developing and implementing customer/client engagement strategies.Construction industry knowledge is preferred but not essential.Proven proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.What you'll get in returnSalary $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + KS 3%Work within vibrant & dynamic offices in CBD.Opportunity to truly make this role your own.Positive, collaborative and energetic culture.Work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.What you need to do nowIf you are keen to know more about this opportunity, please send your cover letter and CV to ****** ASAP.
