Energy Sector Billing and Record Management Power Edge is a creative power company dedicated to servicing clients with solar systems.
We are seeking an Energy Sector Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.
Role Overview: This part-time position (80% home-based) involves assisting the Managing Director with vital administrative tasks in the highly regulated power industry.
Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, as we undergo rapid growth and transformation.
It's an evolving role due to the fact that the energy industry is on the verge of a radical transformation.
Being a contractor is optional.
Key Responsibilities: Update the national electricity registry according to regulations.
Maintain the CRM system.
Issue and analyse various reports.
Provide customer and supplier support mainly via email.
Answer the 0508 number when other staff are unavailable.
Candidate Profile: Experience: Previous industry experience including Electricity Registry operating abilities.
Previously working in a business environment, preferably with CRM experience.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong computer literacy with fast, accurate data entry.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
High-level communication skills and active listening.
Knowledge: Strong numerical aptitude and fair business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet deadlines with high level of autonomy.
