You will be the key to shaping strategies, building vital partnerships and understanding risk in a critical and complex part of our business.What you'll be doingDevelop and maintain the wholesale management strategy.Build and maintain relationships with wholesale counterparties.Manage regular trading, valuation and settlement functions.Ensure the effectiveness of existing positions is clearly understood with tail risks disclosed.Ensure counterparty exposures are managed in line with group policy.About youYou're comfortable making big decisions, balancing risks, and ensuring our policies are on point.Great attitude with a willingness to learn and 'get stuck in'.You've got a knack for reporting complex data to senior leadership in a clear and actionable way.University qualification in Mathematics or other relevant qualification.Extensive modelling, data wrangling and reporting experience.Experience establishing and managing teams.You take pride in achieving awesome results and outcomes.Our purpose is to #MakeItBetter, and we're all about having a sharp strategy in place.
