Employment Lawyer | Intermediate

About the Role With a strong reputation in the market across NZ, my client is looking to expand their team and is now on the hunt for an intermediate Solicitor to join their team.
Backed by a team of specialists with deep expertise in Employment Matters, this role will see you working across HR, workplace health and safety, and ACC matters.
Ideally suited to a Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, you will work across a broad range of employment matters. You will have the opportunity to act for both the employer and employee, representing clients in disciplinary investigations, managing personal grievance claims, providing restructuring advice, addressing health and safety concerns, handling policy matters, and preparing for mediations and ERA hearings.
About You With at least 2 years of PQE under your belt, you will be highly driven to progress your career within Employment Law. With a client-focused approach, you will go above and beyond to build strong relationships. Excellent attention to detail, verbal and communication skills, and a great sense of self-awareness will allow you to operate well in a collaborative team environment.
