Employment Coordinator, King Country - Fixed term/Secondment to 30 June 2025
Location: Taumarunui
Salary range: $78,222 – $94,689

Support clients including people with health conditions, illness, or disabilities to access employment opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and employers.
Be part of a team making a positive impact through employment.
This key role will see you collaborate with Case Managers to identify clients' skills, abilities, and needs and identify approaches to enhance their capabilities including skill training and supported work placements. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate and develop targeted interventions to enable clients to enter the labour market and stay employed. This includes providing clients with career and personal guidance and advice, referring them to relevant training opportunities and programmes, promoting them to relevant employers and assisting them with CV development, interview preparation, and undertaking pre-employment checks.

Be a highly motivated self-starter who is target and goal driven.
Understand what makes a great job match for both employers and employees.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and networking skills.
Effectively managing time to meet deadlines and targets.
You will have a full and clear NZ Driver Licence and the ability to travel is essential for this role.
