Employment Coordinator, King Country - Fixed term/Secondment to 30 June 2025

Full time, Fixed Term/Secondment till 30 June 2025

Location: Taumarunui

Salary range: $78,222 – $94,689

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients including people with health conditions, illness, or disabilities to access employment opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and employers.

Be part of a team making a positive impact through employment.

Collaborate with Case Managers to identify clients' skills, abilities, and needs.

Coordinate and develop targeted interventions to enable clients to enter the labour market and stay employed.

Provide clients with career and personal guidance and advice.

Refer clients to relevant training opportunities and programmes.

Assist clients with CV development, interview preparation, and undertaking pre-employment checks.

Be a highly motivated self-starter who is target and goal driven.

Understand what makes a great job match for both employers and employees.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and networking skills.

Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and targets.

You will have a full and clear NZ Driver Licence and the ability to travel is essential for this role. You may need to travel to the Te Kuiti office on a regular basis.
