The role will lead the Employment practice with oversight of a small team.The firm itself is a medium-sized firm with a tight and cohesive culture that prioritises the wellbeing of their employees and ensures there is balance. They are well known amongst the community, have a steady growing client base and have lots of new and interesting work to keep you busy and engaged.You will be involved in contentious and non-contentious matters across the entire spectrum of employment law. This will include advising and representing employee and employer clients of various industries in relation to personal grievances, disciplinary and performance management matters, restructures and redundancies, health and safety queries, post-employment obligations, exit and settlement negotiations, general ER compliance and advice, and any other employment law matters.About YouOur client is ultimately looking for an experienced Employment lawyer who can run their own files and work autonomously.
