As an integral part of the People Team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional moments within our people experience journey. You will lead and drive the rollout and delivery of experiences for kaimahi Maori at ASB while working closely with ELT, the Maori Council and other key internal and external stakeholders. Co-designing and implementing pathways to support and grow Maori at ASB whilst working collaboratively with the wider people team. You will be motivated to connect externally with other organisations to learn and collaborate, in addition to promoting awareness and engagement contributing towards retaining Maori talent within ASB.

You will have demonstrated and delivered impactful employee experience initiatives with a passion to improve well-being and development of Maori in a corporate organisation. You will also have an understanding of and exposure to new ways of working - e.g., agile operating models, design thinking and successfully leading teams through transformational change.
You will be an excellent communicator working effectively with stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives. Passion and Knowledge of Te Reo, Tikanga, Te Ao Maori, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi will be critical to the overall success of this role.
Other key attributes include:
Demonstrated significant commercial acumen.
Previous experience gained at senior leadership level in this field.
Ability to balance different perspectives/priorities and create optimal solutions.
