In addition to your salary, you will:

The successful candidate will: Deliver qualityservices to improve health of the population in Marlborough region. Participate inthe ED roster contributing an equal share to shifts. Join a supportivemultidisciplinary team including five other FACEM - s, and 3 Rural HospitalMedical Practitioners with a team of RMOs and a Nurse Practitioner making a positivedifference. Supervise and participate inteaching of junior medical workforce. Enjoy working andliving in one of New Zealand - s most sought-after regions. Kowai he kaitono totika? The idealapplicant will: Bring theirmedical expertise and competencies to an acute secondary care hospital andcontribute to critical care to patients in the region. Have EDexperience and knowledge of the unique demands in a provincial hospital. Hold FACEM, orequivalent. Be eligible foran Annual Practising Certificate and vocational scope of EmergencyMedicine with the Medical Council of New Zealand. Work with others to promote a cohesive team culture of collaborative practice, openness, humour, and respect across disciplines. Demonstrate commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
