There are 22 Consultants, 2 Medical Officers and 10 SHO's within the Emergency Department.
The Emergency Department sees circa.
34,000 patients per annum.
The team is supported by Medical and Surgical specialties, and you will have direct involvement with critically unwell patients.
Protected training time includes Clinical Grand Rounds, General Hospital Tutorial sessions, and you will be expected to attend a weekly emergency department CME teaching programme.
