Job Type: Full timeSalary: Package up to $95,000 per year depending on experienceAn opportunity has opened up to join our Auckland team of passionate people delivering excellence in property management services.About the Business:We have a 20-year plus track record delivering Residential Property Investment opportunities and services to our clients.About the Role:As part of the PM team, you will have a portfolio of residential properties to manage as well as targets to grow the book and amazing earning opportunities to reward your efforts!You will be rewarded with a package which includes a base salary, a company car plus car park, commissions, letting fees, incentives, bonuses, KPIs, and extremely generous staff purchase opportunities. Your on-target earnings are $90-$95k per year (depending on experience).You will be working with a small team which is part of a large group of dedicated professionals. There is plenty of opportunity as we are undergoing strong growth. As a result, we are looking for someone who can embrace the challenges that these opportunities will present.Skills and Experience:A flair for communication, driving new business, and excellent multi-tasking.A collaborative approach to dealing with challenges and an easy, natural communication style.2 years minimum experience managing residential properties is imperative, as well as possessing a great deal of flexibility and a proven track record in exceeding set targets.
