Job Responsibilities:
Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems.
Assessing damage and cost of repairs.
Ordering replacement parts as required.
Chip level Laptop and Mobile PCB Board repair.
Timely and efficient repairs of mobile phones and electronic devices.
Testing parts to ensure they work properly and using diagnostic tools to assess computer systems.
Analyzing information and recommending appropriate hardware to users.
Providing on-site and in-store service, upgrade, and maintenance.
Downloading and installing appropriate software, operating systems, anti-virus, and drivers.
Managing products associated paperwork and documentation.
Attending to and assisting the company's customers with their computer support needs in a timely and professional manner.
Building strong relationships between the company, its customers, and staff to foster overall goodwill.
Assisting customers in choosing products by providing information on quality characteristics, warranties, and maintenance.
Maintaining an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of products available for sale, ensuring that customers have a wide selection to choose from.
Ensuring that new stock arrivals are of correct model design and quantity.
Managing stock inventory to ensure sufficient products are available and placing orders with suppliers when necessary.
Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics to repair mobile phones and computers.
Dealing with store-level inquiries and complaints while monitoring customer service.
Checking that all products sold are well displayed.
Ensuring promotional plans are communicated to customers to aid in soft selling.
Suggesting methods for improving the client base and expanding the business.
Maintaining health and safety standards and procedures.
