MCS Group is proud to be working with one of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies, to recruit an Electronic, Controls, and Instrumentation Technician to join their growing team.
As an ECI Technician, you will lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic equipment and instrumentation within a manufacturing environment comprising both planned and reactive duties.
You will;
Work closely with the Electronics Manager, ensuring work is completed on time and that electronic equipment/ instrumentation is always available to it respective process.
Ensure external contractors are always adhering to procedures while on site.
Engage with external contractors daily to ensure all non-compliance's and failures are resolved.
Reactive and preventative maintenance activities on a range of instruments and automated equipment.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
In depth knowledge of process control/instrumentation
Knowledge of control system within automated equipment
Experience in carrying out process control/instrumentation fault finding and planned maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation systems employed on automated equipment
