Electronic Appliance Technician

Our client, an authorised service centre for all major audio-visual and whiteware brands. They are customer centric and offer a positive and supportive working environment, along with an excellent remuneration structure.

We are now looking for a highly motivated Electronic Appliance Technician who has relevant experience in performing professional and quality repairs on AV Equipment, TV's, appliances, and whiteware.

Key responsibilities of the role include:  
Completing repair and warranty work on major brands such as Panasonic, LG. Samsung, etc.  Respond to onsite or workshop customer faults, repairs and servicing Diagnose, trouble-shot and repair technical issues and faults Show a commitment to ensuring safe work practices Test and tag all appliances in for repair   Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, along with a current drivers licence.  A current electrical registration would be advantageous.

You'll be hard working, practical and well-presented with good communication skills, with a real eye for detail.  The ability to problem solve and work well under pressure are also key attributes.  In this role you will be dealing directly with our customers, therefore a friendly, positive attitude, along with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet our customers needs is paramount.
