We are actively seeking an Electrician to join our team, supporting our onsite construction & property maintenance teams.
Duties & Responsibilities Work hands-on for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment. Apply electrical techniques to ensure top quality workmanship. Prepare tools, materials, and equipment required for electrical projects. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately, ensuring all work complies with these documents and associated regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and identify solutions for complex electrical issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site, tools, and equipment. Follow company policies, regulations, and industry standards rigorously. Diagnose issues, propose effective solutions, and execute repairs. Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring safety during all electrical tasks, including wiring, circuit testing, and installation of electrical components. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations. Requirements Any level of experience is welcomed. Extensive knowledge of electrical materials and methods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong familiarity with building and safety industry standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical fitness and reasonable strength, as lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces may be required.
