At Ecoefficient Solutions NZ Ltd, we are looking for a skilled and motivated electrician to step into the role of Solar Electrical Site Manager . In this role, you will oversee solar installation projects across Hawke's Bay, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. If you're passionate about renewable energy, experienced in electrical management, and ready to lead from the front, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate solar system installations, ensuring smooth, timely delivery of each project.
Lead and supervise on-site electricians and subcontractors, creating a safe and productive working environment.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and compliance with New Zealand electrical standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct regular quality inspections on-site.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Leadership, expertise, and a commitment to sustainability.
NZQF Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) or at least three years of relevant experience in the electrical field.
Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in NZ. (First aid certificate is helpful.)
Working at heights certificate (EWP).
Valid NZ Driver's Licence.
Your own set of tools to perform the duties of the position.

Sign-on bonus/relocation allowance available.
Competitive pay: $38 - $40 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week, with the option for overtime during peak periods.
