We have some exciting opportunities for keen electricians. Willing to pay top rates for top talent. Must be flexible and wanting to add to your skillset as an electrician.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of Electrical Systems: Install wiring, switchboards, circuit breakers, and electrical equipment in homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Compliance with New Zealand Standards: Ensure all electrical work complies with New Zealand electrical codes and safety standards.
Electrical Testing: Perform testing and commissioning of electrical installations using equipment such as multi meters and insulation testers.
Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics for installations and repairs.
Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and assessments to ensure all electrical systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
Upgrade and Rewiring: Carry out electrical upgrades, rewiring, and retrofitting in older buildings and industrial machinery.
Preventive Maintenance: Implement scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns in electrical systems and industrial machinery.
Collaboration with Other Trades: Work closely with other trades (e.g., builders, plumbers, engineers) to integrate electrical systems in multi-disciplinary projects.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including discussing solutions and options with clients.
