We are looking for someone who is reliable and hardworking person. Position Summary: The Electrician is responsible for performing skilled electrical work in the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with AS/NZS Electrical standards   Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: ü  Installs, alters, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring systems and equipment, both high and low voltage, air distributions systems, pumps, transformers, motors, and appliances ü  Understands electrical plans for new home builds, commercial building and electrical equipment. ü  Draws circuits on a diagram for controls ü  Design functional electric circuitry for electrical systems ü  Locate and adjust defects in electrical systems and equipment ü  Installs electrical fitting to existing houses, building &/or other structures ü  Estimate labour or material costs/amounts from blueprints or work plans ü  Invoices for the labour and material used at each job ü  Express ideas on technical problems clearly and concisely orally and in writing in the English language ü  Liaise with clients &/or other relevant personal ü  Keep clients informed of tasks completed &/or timeframes to complete tasks ü  Comply with New Zealand laws and regulations regarding safety ü  Adheres to all company safety guidelines ü  Use and care for hand tools and equipment necessary to perform various electrical repairs tasks Requirements for the job: ü  Qualified electrician ü  Full time availability Monday to Saturday ü  No criminal record ü  Hard working attitude   If It sounds like you please send your CV to us.
