01st November, 2024 We're excited to welcome a Team Leader (Electrical) to our Northland branch in Dargaville! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, bringing hands-on technical expertise and team leadership to support rural, industrial, and commercial clients across the region. We're looking for someone who's passionate about service quality, efficiency, and mentoring others in a dynamic, essential field.
You will be servicing clients between Dargaville and Whangarei.
What You'll Do: Preventative & Reactive Maintenance : Perform regular checks and repairs on electrical and refrigeration systems for agricultural, industrial, and commercial equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Electrical Installations & Repairs : Lead and execute electrical installations and repairs for diverse environments, including commercial buildings, warehouses, and factories. Refrigeration Systems : Maintain and repair refrigeration units with a focus on safety, compliance, and reliability. Customer Interaction : Coordinate and prioritize service requests, ensuring seamless, top-tier customer service for all clients. Team Leadership : Guide and support a team of electricians and service technicians, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and professional growth. Operational Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations of our Northland branch, including scheduling, resource management, and process improvements. Qualifications: Fully registered EWRB Electrician . No Limited Licenses sorry! Minimum 3 years of experience in rural, industrial, and/or commercial electrical systems. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Qualification in refrigeration engineering (beneficial, but not required). Expertise in electrical systems and refrigeration maintenance. Excellent communication and attention to detail .
