01st October, 2024 We're looking for a Team Leader (Electrical) to join our Northland (Dargaville) branch, providing essential services to rural, industrial, and commercial clients.
This role is hands-on and combines technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring top-notch service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: Preventative & Reactive Maintenance : Conduct electrical and refrigeration system checks and repairs for agricultural, industrial, and commercial equipment.
Electrical Installations & Repairs : Handle electrical work in commercial buildings, warehouses, factories, and industrial facilities.
Refrigeration Systems : Maintain and repair refrigeration units, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Customer Interaction : Manage, book, and prioritise service jobs, maintaining exceptional customer service.
Team Leadership : Mentor and support a team of electricians and servicemen, ensuring quality and safety.
Operational Oversight : Oversee the daily operations of the Northland branch, including scheduling and resource management.
Qualifications: Fully registered EWRB Electrician .
Qualification in refrigeration engineering (beneficial, but not required).
Minimum 8 years of experience in rural, industrial, and commercial electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies: Strong customer service focus.
Expertise in electrical systems and refrigeration maintenance.
