Join Our Team as an Electrical Trade Assistant in New Zealand!
Are you ready to embark on an electrifying journey in the heart of New Zealand? We're searching for talented Electrical Trade Assistants who are passionate about working in diverse electrical environments. 
Our client has multiple roles available across New Zealand. If candidates are required to travel between locations, accommodation and travel expenses will be provided to successful applicants if applicable. Minimum of 30 hours per week and shifts available up to 50 hours.  Candidates must have at least minimum of 3 years related experience. 
Key Skills and Requirements:

Blueprint Analysis and Sequencing: Proficiently examine complex blueprints and wiring diagrams to determine operational sequences and methodologies.
Precision Measurement: Utilize advanced measurement techniques for accurately laying out installation reference points.
Wiring Expertise: Select, cut, and connect wires with precision, ensuring robust electrical connections.
Fault Diagnosis: Skilfully use advanced electronic instruments to trace and diagnose faults in complex systems.
Problem-Solving Champion: Effectively repair faulty wiring and defective parts, ensuring operational safety.
Switchboard Installation: Excel in positioning and installing electrical switchboards, ensuring seamless system functioning.
Power Distribution: Expertly connect electrical systems to power supplies, guaranteeing reliable power distribution.
System Testing and Adjustment: Rigorously test circuits and perform meticulous adjustments to electrical and mechanical components.
Leadership in Advanced Systems: Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of advanced electrical systems, lifts, and solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation.
Alarm System Mastery: Deep knowledge of alarm system installation, including blueprint analysis, wiring diagrams, and sequencing.
Telecommunications Proficiency: Installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment, contributing to connectivity.
Fire Safety Expertise: Proficient in fire alarm system installation, system layout comprehension, and precise functional safety measures..

Positions are currently available across multiple regions of New Zealand, including Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland. Workers may be required to travel between these locations as operational needs arise. The employer will cover all necessary travel expenses and accommodation when relocation is required. However, if a worker chooses not to relocate when requested, they will remain in their current location.
