We are currently looking for an experienced electrical supervisor to lead our electrical team working in the Thames Valley, South Waikato, and Coromandel areas.About the role:We have an exciting opportunity to grow your career as a supervisor within our team based in our Tauranga depot.
You will be leading a highly skilled team of Electricians and Technicians working on Powerco's distribution network, providing services including construction, maintenance, and fault diagnosis/rectification.You will have a proven ability to monitor performance, motivate your team to deliver within timeframes and budgets with a focus on quality and safety.Demonstrating natural leadership skills, you will enjoy coaching team members and become a valued mentor to assist your people in their career development and to deliver results for our customers.As a proven leader, highly experienced in the Distribution sector, you will quickly gain the respect of your crews and credibility with our clients.
