Electrical Service Technician

Teutonia Catering Equipment is an import company based in Whangarei, importing commercial catering equipment mainly from Italy.
The ideal candidate would be an Electrician or Electrical Service Technician who can think outside the square and enjoys a broad range of duties.
You need to have good communication skills to advise our customers and talk to our Italian partners.
The position involves:
Checking & prepping equipment to be dispatched
Onsite and offsite repairs to our wide range of commercial equipment, including commercial dishwashers, ovens, large commercial mixers, and coffee machines.
Stock control of spare parts & equipment
Key requirements:
Practising licence for either Electrician or Electrical Service Technician
NZ Residency or NZ Work Visa
Valid NZ driver's licence
Self-motivated and can work independently
Honest and trustworthy
Basic engineering knowledge
Background in electrical or appliance servicing
Good mechanical skills
Understanding of computer-controlled equipment, connecting systems to water, and electrical fault finding.
