Electrical Planner

The Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company is a globally recognised manufacturer of specialised dairy ingredients and food products.
Tatua is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Planner to join its core engineering team. The position will support the maintenance team to continue to support a rapidly growing business.
Reporting to the Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning maintenance activities for the electrical trades. You will be skilled in planning repair and service requests in a complex food manufacturing environment. You will also have strong preventative and predictive maintenance strategy knowledge and will develop strategies to improve the utilization of resources with the goal of maximizing plant reliability.
You will have the following qualifications, skills and attributes: Prior experience of a CMMS system – Tatua uses JDE-CAMPrior experience in a maintenance planning roleExcellent communication skills, ability to listen to and develop the ideas of othersStrong attention to detailExcellent planning and scheduling skillsAble to work well in a team environmentPrior experience in a dairy/food environment is desirable but not essential.Working hours are typically forty hours per week, Monday – Friday. Additional hours may be required during periods of high maintenance work.
Tatua is situated east of Morrinsville, approximately 25-30 minutes from Hamilton city, Matamata and Cambridge and 15 minutes from Te Aroha.
