And that's just the start.The Electrician Mechanical Technician role is responsible for delivering increased plant reliability and performance through the execution of preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
This position is a key role within the operations team as all services must be optimal and reliable for safe, efficient, and continual operation of the site.Key Tasks & Responsibilities:Fault finding on all equipment including mechanical / electrical and pneumaticEnsuring machines and equipment on site are safe, working efficiently, and fit for purposeMaintaining a quality preventative maintenance programEnsure accurate record keeping and updating CMMSResponsible for monitoring all key metricsBe On-Call (on a roster) to repair breakdownsQualifications/Training:Dual qualified – electrical (registered with EWRB) and mechanicalEssential Skills & Experience:Computer literacy for the monitoring, responding and fault finding of process control systemsExperience in manufacturing environment, preferably with dairy manufacturingAdvanced problem solving and fault-finding skillsComputerised maintenance management system (CMMS) experienceWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and planning
