Windsor Energy (a division of Windsor Engineering Group) is a long-established Hawkes Bay business that designs and executes sustainable thermal energy projects in New Zealand and worldwide. We are specifically involved in projects that produce steam or hot air for industrial processes. This position involves specifying, selecting, configuring, installing, testing and commissioning the wide range of instruments associated with industrial energy plants.
This role based in Napier offers an opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to join our Company.
About You: Have a recognised tertiary level diploma or degree in Electrical and/or InstrumentationHave experience in specifying and selecting a wide range of industrial instrumentsAbility to commission and troubleshoot instruments and instrumented systemsHave a good eye for details and high level of accuracyAbility to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyBe able to work autonomously or part of a teamYou will likely have most of the following skills or experience:
Comprehensive understanding of instruments and instrumented systems and their application to process plantUnderstanding of electrical systems, including communications protocolsExperience in working in a multi-disciplined project-focused teamProfessional presentationCommunication in English - both verbally and in writing, to a high standardAn ability to fit into the culture of Windsor which includes integrity in all aspects of our business, high professional standards, mutual respect with open and honest communicationWe offer excellent working conditions, ongoing training and exciting projects.
