Electrical Estimator

Your responsibilities:Reviewing electrical plans, specifications, and scope of work to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and residential projectsConducting site visits to assess project requirements and collect necessary dataAnalysing material costs, labour hours, equipment needs, and subcontractor pricing to develop accurate project bidsCollaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize estimates and ensure proposals are competitiveMaintaining a database of historical project costs, productivity rates, and vendor pricing to inform future estimatesProviding guidance and support to junior estimators to build their skillsRequirements:3+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably in the electrical industryExpert knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methodsProficiency with electrical estimating software and MS Office suiteStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlinesBenefits:Competitive compensation packages.Weekly pay including kiwi saver, annual leave and sick leave.Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.A positive and inclusive work environment.Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
