Electrical Engineer - Substations

Job Description
What will a day in this role look like?
Performing concept and detailed design of primary and/or secondary systems for transmission and distribution substation projects.
Preparing design drawings, specifications, and reports.
Assisting senior engineers with the preparation of project and bid documentation as required.
Liaising with team leads, project managers, and project team members to deliver designs within allocated time, budget, and required scope.

What are we looking for from you?

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.

2-5 years' experience in transmission and distribution substation design.

Experience working in teams and taking ownership of project deliverables.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with ability to take opportunities and drive learning and development.

Experience in suitable power systems software packages is an advantage.
